Thanks to all who made this years Autumn Fayre such a great success!
The
PEN Autumn Fayre was set up due to the success of our annual
Easter Green Fair. The focus of the Autumn Fayre is more about food than green issues, to celebrate both
local produce and local producers.
Autumn is the time of
year when all the best food of the region can be experienced.
On the day there will be stalls, food tasting, loads of great local music, local food cafe, craft demonstrations and much more.
Our Local cafe will be showcasing the best of local food from local Restaurants such as the Porthminster cafe, Kegen Teg, The Gurnards Head, Ricardos, Lavenders Deli, aswell as a super scrumptious Raffle.
Some of the Items in the Raffle:
- Hamper from Penzance Country Markets
- Handmade baby poncho
- Bottle of local wine from Polgoon
- Set of 4 all natural herbal creams
- Box of local beef from Kegwein Farm
- Homemade Rasberry jam from Trenowin farm shop
- Pottery by local artist Michele Cowmeadow
During the Day we have music from Tros and Treys, Penzamba, and this year we are introducing an evening event which begins with our Local Food Feast at 6 o'clock. We then will be treated to Lillehammer followed by bagas Porthia and our Headline act Bragatanga
With Local Pizzas by Ricardos, and our Harvest bar by the Granary serving local wines and Beers it's sure to be an amazing event.
Tickets can be bought for £5 from the Granary, Penzance and Trenowin Farm shop, during the day at the fair, or they are £6.50 at the door.
